The Friends of School raises money for the school to assist in making the school year a memorable and positive experience for all of our children.
For over a decade the Friends of School have been providing support, resources and equipment for the pupils at James Peacock to enjoy.
Each academic year we work with the school on a series of short and long-term projects which aim to make a big difference to our children’s environment, welfare and education.
Over the years we have helped fund a variety of experiences and trips such as trips to Twycross Zoo and Yorkshire Wildlife Park, visits from Scientists, Magicians and Musicians, school supplies purchased including books, toys and memberships to the local scrap store the Play Forum and large scale projects funded such as the outdoor classroom and play equipment
